Academy for Magical Coaching is a monthly drop-in offering for advanced coaches who want to study in the art and practice of evoking magic for themselves, their clients and the flourishing of their business.

We’re Bay and Laura — two ontological coaches who have been coaching, training and actively credentialed for collectively over 20 years. We are just as fanatical about magical media, wonder and fantasy as we are about powerful, resonant coaching and flourishing business.

Magical Coaching is about belief, trust, resonance, story and action. Through 130+ episodes of West of Wonderland Podcast, we’ve co-created a unique and powerful alchemy for coaches to embrace magic on multiple levels to serve their clients’ greatest dreams and wishes. All sessions take place from 3:30-4:30pm Eastern / 12:30-1:30pm Pacific.
We know that life is busy and demanding and it can be hard to find the time and space to sign up for a whole training program or course. You want to invest in more training and development, or find a community of practice that meets you where you are, but you either can’t find the time, or you can’t find the program (maybe you can’t find either?).
That’s why we’ve created these stand-alone, à la carte sessions for you to choose from, based on what works for your life right now, and what topics you find valuable today.

We’ll add you to the email list with reminders about upcoming sessions (and of course, a special little welcome gift… because, after all, this is West of Wonderland!).
All sessions are co-led by Bay and Laura. We’ll send out an email 1 week prior to the session to find out what questions you have, so we can craft it especially for you! Wands are allowed in the classroom (but not required).
