A Note About Pricing at Laura Westman Coaching 

Laura Westman Coaching currently offers three tiers of pricing for coaching plans. I serve a variety of differing demographics. These tiers account for the different ecosystems in which my clients live, which have distinct pressures and needs. I believe coaching relationships are most effective (and joyful!) when all parties are supported properly, including myself as the service provider.

These tiers do not impact service you receive. Every client gets the same presence, depth and attention from me based on the plan they choose, not the tier at which they pay. 

You are invited to choose the tier that feels both honoring of the investment that coaching is into your life and respectful of the resources at your disposal. This model is built on trust, equity and honesty - important components of a coaching relationship.

These tiers allow me to do this work with integrity while also sustaining myself as a service provider:

Corporate / Organizational

You may have professional development funding available and likely will use coaching to develop your leadership, impacting your corporation or organization. Professional / Entrepreneurial  

You might take on coaching as a business expense, using it to grow and enhance your business, or you’re a working professional paying out of pocket for coaching instead of having it paid for by your organization. 

Artist / Community Member 

You’re working hard to keep your life moving forward, and you want to use coaching to enhance your creative flow. You may not have an abundance of discretionary funds available to you and are paying out of pocket, but eager to grow and use coaching.
