Bay is not your typical executive coach. With a background that includes professional dance, theatre, an MBA and even a stint in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, she brings a practical know-how and beautiful magic to leadership development. Her philosophy is simple: Why settle for the ordinary when you can achieve the extraordinary?

As the founder of Wonderland & Company, Bay combines radical honesty, edgy leadership acumen, and boundless possibility. Bay has studied with many ontological leadership giants and co-leads programming for coaches. Her goal is to help high-achieving leaders not only reach their goals but also enjoy the journey. She knows that the key to true success lies in balancing ambition with appreciation and desire with grace. Bay holds the credential of Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation.

A Creative Catalyst

Laura's journey into coaching was born from a deep appreciation for the infinite possibilities of life. With a background in Political Science and a passion for the arts, she knows how to navigate the realms of creativity and professional development. Laura has been a coach since 2012 and has spent many years on the leadership team at Accomplishment Coaching, an ontological coach and leadership training program (as well as on the faculty at Washington Improv Theater). She has a strong commitment to social justice, addressing power dynamics, and anti-racism. ESG speaks to her because it is fundamentally about increasing the well-being of all people and the planet.

Between her book How to Be Creative in the Age of Digital Noise, her YouTube channel, and her personal projects, Laura is passionate about creative expression. Her background in improv makes her a unique asset in a training room, as she is always inviting and demanding more joy, more leadership, and more harmony. Laura holds the credential of Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation.
